Compensation & Bonuses

Annual Salary Increase: $1,000 for each completed FYZICAL College certification (Balance, Pelvic, or Ortho)

PTs within 24 months of graduation receive structured mentorship and clinical development support to help build confidence and grow their clinical skills.
