FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Sarasota is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient balance and orthopedics team. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and support the supervising PT to deliver high-quality care.

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Pay: $28 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to$1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately$66,080 - $80,640 annually ($31.75 - $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.
