Job summary

Transitions At Home, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to serve patients in the Wausau area. This PTA role offers a flexible schedule, independence, and a supportive team culture within a nonprofit home health setting.

Qualifications include an active Wisconsin PTA license, CPR certification, and a Wisconsin driver’s license with car insurance. Two years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.
• Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
• CPR Certification is required.
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
• Works under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist/RN Clinical Manager.
• Follows physician orders and plan of care.

What does a Transitions at Home Physical Therapist Assistant do?

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist/RN Clinical Manager.

Hours: Part-Time

• 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Monday through Friday
• No Holidays

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
