Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan/treatment for patients as prescribed by the evaluating therapist and physician, according to State Practice Acts.
• Perform clinical tasks, communication, and documentation accurately and timely per policy.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to patient care priorities.
• Complete all required orientation, in-services, and training on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school. Foreign-trained applicants must have their program deemed substantially equivalent to a U.S. entry-level education by an approved credentials evaluation organization.
