Joint Academy is a physical therapist-led, digital clinic that allows you to work from home on your own schedule. Our part-time remote position is an excellent complement to your current full-time work. We are seeking multi-licensed (at least 4 active US PT licenses) committed physical therapists to provide personalized guidance to patients, helping restore function and reduce pain so they can perform at their best. We are looking for multi-licensed US PTs who will:

1. Enjoy using technology in healthcare (telehealth)
2. Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
3. Reduce medication use and offer alternatives to surgery
4. Develop care plans using various treatment techniques
5. Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
6. Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
7. Evaluate outcomes and monitor progress closely
8. Document patient care services
9. Be licensed to practice PT in a minimum of 4 US states

Requirements:

• Licensed in the United States
• Proven work experience as a physical therapist for at least 1 year
• Able to work 30-60 minutes per day at your convenience
• Comfortable with smartphones and digital applications
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A graduate degree in physical therapy (preferred)
