Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)

Start Date: 5/19/2025   Available Shifts: 8 D   Pay Rate: $1407.00 - $1622.00

Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a motivated and energetic Therapist to join the team. Candidates should support a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
• License: PTA‐IL
• Certifications: BLS
• SSN and DOB required
• Work History: no more than 30 days gap in entire work history
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
• SNF experience: 1 year
