Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. You will serve patients in ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies.

Join a mission of compassionate care, build relationships with senior residents, and collaborate with licensed therapists and Directors of Therapy.

Qualifications

• Provide direct therapy to patients outlined in the OT's plan of care.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with members for discharge plans.
• Contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings.
