Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our respected clinical team delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities.

We offer full-time weekday scheduling with hours varying and hourly compensation ranging from $26.00 to $40.00 based on years of experience, plus incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student debt assistance of $200 monthly.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
• Passed the national CAPTE examination for PTAs.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services under supervision.
• Maintain positive interaction with centers and patients.
• Implement therapy plans per policy and state guidelines.
• Support patients' functional goals and activities.

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
