ProgressiveHealth is seeking an energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient department in Marion, IL. You will provide therapeutic and holistic care to patients, document according to policies, and coordinate with Rehab Techs to support care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an IL PTA license and an associate degree or higher, current CPR and BLS certification, and is committed to delivering quality patient outcomes in a busy clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in IL.

• Maintaining achievable established productivity standards.
• Completing documentation according to policies and procedures and adhering to regulations.

• Restoring patient function while relieving pain and reducing disability.
• Integrating Rehab Techs in the patient care plan.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic and holistic care in our busy Inpatient department! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in a clinical setting. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team! Weekday pickup and two single-day weekend rotations per month.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Maintaining achievable established productivity standards
• Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations
• Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
• Restoring patient function while relieving pain, with ambitions of avoiding disability
• Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) in patient care plan

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant specific to the State of IL
• Associate's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current CPR certification

Pay range:$27 - $42/hour. PRN positions do not include bonuses and benefits.

Eligibility to Work:

This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
