Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient (NovaCare Rehabilitation)
Location: 5257 Nike Station Way, Hilliard, OH 43026
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Compensation: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience

NovaCare Rehabilitation’s outpatient orthopedic center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide top‑notch patient care under the direction of a licensed PT, as mandated by the State Practice Act.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
- Implement high‑quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, following the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Passed the national examination for PTAs, certified by the CAPTE.
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
- Current CPR certification.
