Winding Trails Post Acute is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. The role focuses on providing physical therapy services within the scope of practice and supporting residents with individualized care.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license, completed a 2-year accredited program, and maintains CPR certification. Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and the position offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $33- $39/hour
