Job summary

FYZICAL Geneva in Geneva, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. The PTA will provide high-quality, one-on-one treatments under a supervising PT, focusing on orthopedic, balance and vestibular needs while documenting progress and guiding patients through personalized plans of care.

Qualifications

Salary:$25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:Monday–Friday |4-day workweek option available| No Weekends

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist including 1 on 1 care ranging from 10 – 14 per day.
• Carry out individualized plans of care
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Illinois (or in the final stages of licensure)
• Welcome new graduates, 5 years a plus, but not a requirement
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
• Positive attitude and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Outpatient, ortho, neuro, vestibular, or balance therapy experience is a plus (not required)
