FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Avalon Park in Orlando, FL is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. Join a supportive, team-based clinic focused on patient-centered care and outcomes.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a pay rate of $30–$35 per hour, based on experience. We provide generous PTO, comprehensive healthcare, CE support, mentorship for grads and experienced PTAs, and opportunities for leadership and professional growth

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida (or in final stages of licensure)
• Outpatient ortho, neuro, or balance experience is a plus (not required)
• Team-focused, growth-minded professional for outpatient clinic
• Positive attitude and ability to have fun while delivering care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under a PT plan of care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients on exercises and strategies for long-term success
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused clinic staff
• Help patients improve mobility, balance, and overall quality of life
