FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Fyzical Germantown, Md is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient clinic. You will provide high-quality 1-on-1 physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, with schedules Monday-Friday and an optional 4-day workweek, no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland or in final stages of licensure.
• Outpatient experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, including 1-on-1 care.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist including 1 on 1 care ranging from 10 - 14 per day.
• Carry out individualized plans of care
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland (or in the final stages of licensure)
