Select Medical is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Fremont, CA. You will deliver PTA services under a licensed PT, serving a diverse caseload including orthopedics and sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed CAPTE national exam.
• Valid CA PTA license or in-process license.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by state law.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient PTA services to a diverse caseload.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients and staff to support patient care and center relations.

Our outpatient physical therapy center in Fremont, CA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
