Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Madera Post Acute Center in El Monte, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. As a member of our team, you can expect excellent leadership, facility level decision making, competitive compensation and most of all, a fun work environment where you are appreciated and supported to do your best work.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $38- $42/hour based on experience
