Westwood Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team on a PRN basis. We provide personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services to our residents in a caring environment.

The successful candidate will hold a current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO, with preferred experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings, though not required. Join us to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference.

Successful Candidate

• Current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CO

Rate: $50-$54/hour
