Nealy Pierce is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a nonprofit hospital's acute care team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves cross-training across multiple acute units, including ICU, with a strong emphasis on 1:1 patient care and servant leadership.

New grads are encouraged to apply. The team of eight PTs offers mentorship and growth opportunities, with a sign-on and relocation bonus to support transition. This is a full-time permanent position with generous PTO.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• Passion for one-on-one patient care in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Servant leadership mindset to support patient and team.

Responsabilités

• Cover multiple Acute Units with cross-training across floors including ICU.
• Provide patient care in a 1:1 environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior therapists as part of a team of eight.
• Participate in ongoing growth opportunities and mentorship programs.
