Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient practice in Massachusetts, treating orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients. You will conduct 40-minute one-on-one visits, with clinical decisions made in-clinic and no double-booking.

New grads are welcome, and there is a quarterly bonus with supportive growth opportunities. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Sound clinical reasoning is essential.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, or pelvic health physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients with individualized plans of care.
• Use 40-minute one-on-one sessions and document within that time.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve.
• Help patients return to activities they enjoy (sports, lifting, parenting, daily life).
• Collaborate with colleagues when seeking second opinions.
• Join bi-weekly clinical meetings.
• Develop toward specialties such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling if desired.
