Job summary

Job Juncture's outpatient physical therapy practice in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated therapist. You'll see up to 12 patients a day with 40-minute one-on-one visits and no productivity minimums, while clinical decisions stay with clinicians.

The role offers an $85,000–$105,000 salary with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including health and retirement options, paid time off, and continuing education support. New grads are welcome to apply and growth toward specialties is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic/sports/pelvic health interest.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients with individualized plans of care
• Using the full 40 minutes with each patient and documenting within that time
• Reassessing progress and adjusting treatment as patients improve
• Getting people back to what matters to them: sports, lifting, parenting, everyday life
• Pulling in a colleague for a second opinion
• Joining bi-weekly clinical meetings
• Building toward a specialty such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling, if you choose
