Job Juncture in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed physical therapist for outpatient care with 40-minute, one-on-one sessions. You will evaluate and treat an orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health caseload in a clinic where clinicians decide care in the room, not from a spreadsheet.

This role offers mentorship for new grads, a cap of 12 patients per day, a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 with a $5,000 sign-on, plus CE allowance and benefits.

For new and recent graduates, mentorship is scheduled time, not a vague promise:

• You're assigned a senior therapist for 612 months.
• You meet with them twice a week for 40 minutes.
• Bi-weekly clinical meetings are held for the whole team.
• Mentorship time is tailored to your needs and adjusted as you develop.

Experienced clinicians are welcome too. You'll work alongside therapists who hold a range of certifications and can collaborate with colleagues whenever you want a second opinion.
