Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for an outpatient practice in Massachusetts. Each appointment lasts 40 minutes, one-on-one with the PT, including evaluations and follow-ups. Therapists are not handed off to techs and won't be double- or triple-booked.

New graduates are welcome and mentorship is structured with assigned mentors, regular meetings, and tailored guidance. The role emphasizes clinical decision-making in clinic, with flexibility and a path to specialty development

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Solid clinical reasoning is required.
• Interest in orthopedics, sports, or pelvic health is desirable.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an outpatient caseload of orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health patients.
• Build individualized plans of care focused on the whole person, not just the injury.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve.
• Help patients return to activities they care about, such as sports, lifting, parenting and daily life.
• Grow a specialty practice in areas like pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling.
