Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group supports a Natick outpatient clinic hiring a Physical Therapist. You’ll conduct 40-minute one-on-one evaluations and follow-ups, with time to think, assess, and connect with each patient. No productivity minimums and no handoffs to trainees.

You’ll treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health cases, with mentorship for new grads and scheduling options. The role offers a salary between $85,000 and $105,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,500 annual CE allowance.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Solid clinical reasoning is essential.
• Interest in orthopedics, sports, or pelvic health.
• New grads are welcome; structured mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build individualized plans of care.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment as patients improve.
• Help patients return to sports, lifting, and daily life.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians for input.
• Participate in bi-weekly clinical meetings with the team.
• Develop a specialty practice in areas such as pelvic floor, sports, or dry needling.
