Job summary

Astrya Global is hiring a Physical Therapist in Lacey, WA for a 26-week assignment with the potential to extend. The schedule runs 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, five days a week, at a pay rate of $59–$63 per hour. The assignment may extend beyond 26 weeks depending on need and performance.

Candidates must have an active PT license and meet state-specific credentialing requirements. This temporary role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits through Astrya Global Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• Must have active physical therapy license throughout the assignment.
• Compact license holders must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• SC license holders must have a permanent license; compact licenses are not accepted.
• Experience in the relevant setting/modality is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment.
• Candidates starting with compact license must obtain permanent license right away.
• Candidates in SC must have permanent license; compact licenses are not accepted.
• Must have experience in the relevant setting/modality.
• Maintain an active license throughout the assignment.
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks.
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement.
• Work day shift hours.
• Comply with dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation.
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process.
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements.
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate when applicable.
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA compliance.
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
