• Experience with PT assignments in hospital/clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation with ATI and clearances prior to start.
• Maintain active WA license; WA/AK compact license eligible.
• Meet credentialing and contract QA requirements.
• Provide patient care per facility policies and procedures.
• Adhere to facility dress code and parking procedures.
• Provide minimum 30-day notice as required by facility policy.
