Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a temporary Lakewood, Washington assignment. This 26-week contract offers 40 hours per week with a potential extension. Compensation is hourly and includes comprehensive benefits and credentialing support.

The role requires an active state license (WA, AK under Compact, if applicable) and adherence to all facility policies. Ongoing credentialing and documentation are required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Active state license for the applicable region (WA and AK may work on a Compact License)
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment booking duration
• Work a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as a PT contractor
• Maintain an active state license for the applicable region (WA and AK may work on a Compact License)
• Complete required credentialing documentation and contract QA requirements prior to start
• Complete additional documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment booking duration
• Work a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed
• Self-report any non-billable time as applicable
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Disclose any previous work history at ATI prior to submission for eligibility review
