Qualifications

• License to practice physical therapy in WA; active licensure required
• Compact license eligible for WA/AK candidates is acceptable per state rules
• Prior travel or temporary staffing experience may be evaluated for rehire eligibility

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation with ATI before starting assignment
• Maintain active state licensure; WA/AK compact license allowed
• Commit to 26-week assignment with potential extension; 32 guaranteed hours per week
• Work day shift hours; starts 10/26
• Bill 40 guaranteed hours per week; overtime at 1.5x rate
• Use facility equipment as directed
• Follow first-day dress code and parking procedures
• Provide 30 days notice as required by contract
• Comply with weekly billing cycles
• Meet QA requirements with applicable setting experience
