Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Tacoma, Washington. Schedule is 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with extension potential, and pay rate of $59-$63 per hour. Must maintain active licensure and complete credentialing per contract.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
• Must have permanent license for South Carolina placements; compact licenses are not accepted
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or permanent/PRN history more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Complete 13-week, 20-week, or 26-week assignment to qualify for applicable completion bonus
• Meet credentialing requirements per contract QA standards
• Maintain active license throughout assignment
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
