Qualifications

• Education: PT degree (Bachelors/Master or DPT).
• Licensure: Current/Temporary Physical Therapy license.
• Certifications: BLS current before caring for patients.
• Preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year in rehab PT for adults/geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehab technicians; oversee PT assistants as per state practice acts.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values and service standards.
