Base compensation ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, with potential sign-on incentives and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday with two evenings per week, focusing on high-quality, one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
