Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL is seeking an outpatient Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide one-on-one patient care with emphasis on quality time and individualized plans, Monday–Friday with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.
