Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lombard, IL seeks an outpatient Physical Therapist I to join a collaborative team. You’ll deliver patient-centered care with ample time for evaluations and treatment, participate in a structured mentorship, and pursue clinical autonomy while advancing your interests in sports medicine, pelvic health, or pediatrics.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with two evenings until 7:00 PM; base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000 plus potential signing bonus and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• No double booking; dedicated time for documentation and patient care.
• Provide patient-centered outpatient care with clinical autonomy and opportunities for specialty interests.
