Englewood Health and Rehabilitation in Yakima, WA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and help patients regain functional independence in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.

• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).

• CPR Certification.
