Job summary

Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation VA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver exemplary patient care in a supportive environment.

You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress in PCC EMR, and participate in ongoing professional development. We value compassionate care, clinical excellence, and inclusive teamwork to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Ability to assess referred patients and provide direct care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation; PCC experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists as part of the care team.
• Document progress clearly in PCC EMR and maintain patient safety.
