Job summary

Apploi is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia to join a team focused on exceptional patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (PCC experience preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT assessments of referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
