Whittier Hills Healthcare in Whittier, CA is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The role involves screening, evaluating, and delivering rehabilitative interventions for geriatric patients in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting. A valid Physical Therapist license is required.

New grads welcome; weekend availability preferred as part of a flexible schedule. Competitive pay ranges from $48 to $60 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FULL TIME WHITTIER HILLS HEALTHCARE - WHITTIER, CA Whittier Hills Healthcare in Whittier, CA, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time : Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay : $48- $60 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
