Camino Healthcare in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Weekend availability preferred to support our geriatric post-acute and long-term care services.

You will screen and evaluate patients, deliver skilled rehabilitation interventions, and contribute to discharge planning in a compliant, patient-centered approach. A valid Physical Therapist license is required, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Weekend availability preferred for PRN role.

• Deliver skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.

• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PRN - WEEKEND AVAILABILITY - CAMINO HEALTHCARE - HAWTHORNE, CA

Camino Healthcare in Hawthorne, CA, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Weekend availability preferred

Pay: $55- $60/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist license is required.
