Flagship Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time in-house rehab program at Rose Villa in Bellflower, CA. The role offers a stable in-house team and a competitive pay rate of $48-58/hour based on experience.

The position emphasizes delivering medically necessary therapy, completing discharge summaries, and collaborating with families and service providers. Licensure is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Rose Villa in Bellflower, CA, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $48- $58/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
