Panorama Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation in Panorama City, CA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy to support recovery for geriatric clients in a post-acute setting.

We welcome PTs at all experience levels, including new graduates, and offer a flexible PRN schedule with work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $53 to $66 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Panorama Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation in Panorama City, CA, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $53 - $66/hour based on experience
