Role Overview:

This position involves providing personalized, one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. The therapist will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life. Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with patient transfers, perform CPR, and drive between patient sites. Compliance with PPE protocols is required.
