Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc in Danbury, CT, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide personalized in-home, senior living, and virtual care to older adults.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Physical ability to perform transfers and drive to care locations.
