We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include performing initial and discharge evaluations, developing and executing treatment plans to meet functional goals, and documenting progress accurately in the EMR. The role involves educating patients, families, and staff, communicating patient progress during clinical conferences, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Additional duties include preparing equipment orders, liaising with vendors, and coordinating with outside physicians and professionals.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral preferred), a valid GA Physical Therapy license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Minimum experience required is one year in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute care settings. Basic computer literacy is essential.
