Vetted Solutions seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized, in-home and community-based care to older adults. You will evaluate, plan and deliver therapy, aiming to improve mobility and independence while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role includes documenting in EMR, educating patients and caregivers, and leveraging telehealth as appropriate for flexible service delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as PT.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer skills for EMR and documentation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, repositioning and driving.
