Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home and senior living care, tailoring treatments for older adults living at home and in facilities. You will perform evaluations, plan personalized therapies, and advance patient mobility while documenting care and coordinating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness staff.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility, with a degree from an accredited PT program.
• Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems.
• Current CPR certification.
