Job summary

Diamond Care Group's The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. The PRN role focuses on restoring mobility, balance, strength, and independence for residents.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Florida PT license required; SNF/post-acute care experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork are
