The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This PRN role offers the opportunity to contribute to resident mobility, independence, and safety in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and coordinating with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support care plans and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
