Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team, supporting licensed Physical Therapists in delivering resident-centered therapy focused on mobility, strength, and functional independence.

The PTA will provide skilled treatments, assist with mobility training, monitor progress, document care, and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to uphold regulatory standards and high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Florida PTA license is required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to PT supervision requirements.
• Commitment to quality resident care and rehabilitation outcomes.
