Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to lead a busy Texas clinic. You will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with physicians, manage front desk operations, and pursue growth through local referral partnerships, while ensuring outstanding patient care and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to orthopedic/musculoskeletal patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Lead a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
• Oversight of clinical and front office staff.
• Develop marketing opportunities with ownership to local referral sources.
