Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our client's healthcare facility in Seattle, Washington. The role is outpatient, with evaluations and treatments across a range of musculoskeletal conditions using MDT/McKenzie techniques.

Schedule includes Four 10-hour days or Five 8-hour days, clinic hours 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requires DPT or equivalent and WA PT license; pay range is $45.00–$48.00/hr on W2, with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient musculoskeletal experience.
• Experience with MDT/McKenzie method preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized PT treatment plans in outpatient setting.
• Assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions with evidence-based techniques.
• Utilize MDT/McKenzie method as part of evaluation and treatment.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.

Schedule: Four 10-hour days or Five 8-hour days; clinic hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Location: Seattle, WA 98107

Job Type: Permanent

Contract Length: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $45.00 - $48.00/hr. on W2

Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.51/mile

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), also known as the McKenzie Method, as part of the evaluation and treatment process.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and accurately document patient care activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and overall wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Education:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• License(s):Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Washington
• Certification(s):Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Years of experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting
• Skills/Specialties/Technology:
• Strong experience with Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) / McKenzie Method
• Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience
• Excellent patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation systems
