UW Health SwedishAmerican is seeking a Physical Therapist for 100% FTE day shift at the Headache Clinic in Rockford, IL. You may be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Pay range is $39.94–$59.91 per hour.

Job description

Pay: $39.94 - $59.91 / hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
